Can I Pick Up My Item At Your Warehouse?
Sorry, no. We are not set up for customer pickups.

What if my package arrives damaged? Please see the procedures listed below in the middle column.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada? Not at this time.

Why don't you ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO address? Because UPS won't deliver to them.

Do you ship internationally? No, only to the lower 48 United States.

Can I cancel a bid? Once you meet the reserve price or do a Buy It Now, a bid can not be canceled due to Ebay Policies. We are charged Ebay fees for every purchase and therefore we will charge final value fees to any bidder that does not pay for an auction. Please remember, this Ebay's policy and we are just following the rules.

Returns
Returns may be made within 5 days of auction delivery. Please email us and we will give you a return authorization number and the address to send your return. Packages sent without a return auth # will not be accepted. We will refund minus a our original shipping and handling charges for all authorized returns that come in original new condition and packaging. We hold the right to give only partial refunds for damaged, scratched or partial returns. Please, do not send your returns to our payment address - we will email you our returns address allong with your RA number.

Can I track my Shipment?

Tracking Your Shipment

Please read this entire section before trying to track your order

Orders generally ship from our warehouse the next business day (weekday) after payment clears. Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse (not the order date, but the day your order ships out from us) you can track the order at the UPS site by clicking the link below. Orders take 2 - 7 days to reach their destination after leaving our warehouse depending on which state you live in.

Simply fill in the field on the UPS site with the following info:

Shipment Reference #: The "Item Number" from your auction. Usually a 12 digit number (such as 168900.....) you can find on the auction page in the upper right corner or on any of the automated emails you have received regarding your auction.

Additional Qualifiers (UPS Account Number, Destination Zip Code, etc.): Leave Blank

** Please Note - On some fixed price listings with multiple winning bidders more than one shipment may show up on the UPS tracking page. Simply look for the shipment that is scheduled to arrive in your city and postal code.

Shipping Time
Click here to see a map on how long it should take for your order to reach you after it ships. Please remember, as there is no commercial UPS pickup on weekends, orders placed on Firday, Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Damaged Shipments
It is imperative that if you receive a damaged shipment that you do the following: Have the delivery driver note any external package damage. If anything inside your shipment is damaged, contact UPS right away at 1-800-PICKUPS and make sure to have your tracking number (the # on your shipping label that begins "1x5x3931...") ready. Do not throw away any of the original box or packaging - doing so will make a claim un-reimbursable and void any claims. UPS will have an inspector come to you in a timely manner and then forward the claim to us. Failure to follow these rules may void your claim.

Mail-in payments: We accept checks, money orders and cashiers/bank checks. Funds will take 5 - 10 days to clear our bank after we receive it. Even though you may see a check clear your bank electronically in a day or two, it still takes this longer period to physically clear into another account.
